UEFA just put out a statement saying World Cup winners are not guaranteed to win Ballon d'Or, basically ruling Rodri out in my opinion. Do I feel Harry Kane deserves it, no but there’s no one I can think of that deserves it more. Maybe we just had a poor year of football.
